TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our terms and conditions take precedence over those of our customers.
Orders can be canceled provided that the cancellation is made known to us:
- 1 day in advance before 6am
- unless it concerns personalizations (logos, photos, marzipan decorations), these cannot be canceled
- unless it concerns cupcakes and brownies, which must be canceled at least 1 week in advance before 6 am.
Any complaint or dispute regarding this invoice must be made known to us by registered mail within 8 days of receipt.
On penalty of inadmissibility, complaints regarding visible defects of the merchandise must be made in writing within three days of delivery.
In the event of hidden defects, we are only obliged to replace the goods delivered by us.
If you agree to our offer, you also agree to receive an electronic invoice following this offer.
If you wish to receive the invoice by post, we are forced to charge an administrative fee of 1.50 euros per invoice.
Our invoices are payable in cash.Bij niet betaling op de vervaldag is zonder aanmaning en van rechtswege :
- late payment interest due in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Late Payments for Commercial Transactions of 02.08.2002
- compensation of 10% of the invoice amount.
In the event of any dispute, only the courts of the registered office of Julies' House have jurisdiction and only Belgian law applies.
