About us
Julie's House was painted above the door of the dollhouse that Julie received for her birthday as a little girl. In her fantasy it was her own cake house. And so she began to dream. Her love for sweets only grew when she started training at Spermalie and ter Groene Poorte. As a brand new pastry chef, she first gained several years of experience, but soon she was ready to take the plunge herself. At the age of 25, Julie found the perfect, romantic building on Kraanlei in Ghent and Julie's House became a reality.
